KEY SHIPPING INFO
All orders are shipped from Germany and delivered worldwide via courier or postal service, depending on the destination. All shipping is offered at a flat rate based on the delivery country. Tracked and untracked options are available for some countries.

If you're ordering from outside Germany, you’ll need to cover any customs duties that may apply in your country.
For most destinations in the EU, UK, Switzerland, and Germany, tracked orders are delivered by a courier service such as UPS, DHL, or DPD. Untracked orders are always sent via the regular postal service.
What do “Tracked” and “Untracked” mean?
Tracked Shipping:
Available to all countries. You can buy any product or combination of products in the shop, and your parcel will include a tracking number. You can follow your parcel online. If something goes wrong, we can help with contacting the shipping service and offer a replacement or refund if needed.
Untracked Shipping:
A more affordable option, only for cards, zines, and stickers. These parcels do not include a tracking number and cannot be followed online.
🔔 If the parcel without tracking is delayed or lost, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement. Choose this option only if you are comfortable with this.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
If you chose tracked shipping, you’ll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. For courier deliveries, track it at parcelsapp.com. For postal deliveries, use your country’s national postal website.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:
Delivery within Germany usually takes 2–4 working days. For international orders, delivery within Europe typically takes 3–9 working days, and 9–15 working days for destinations outside Europe. However, international delivery to countries outside Europe may occasionally take up to one month, depending on the destination country and its customs procedures.
Europe: 2–9 working days
North America: 1-2 weeks
Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania: 1-3 weeks
Asia Pacific: 2-3 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: 1-3 weeks
North Africa and the Middle East: 1-2 weeks

Shipping Responsibility
If there are any errors or delays during shipping, I’ll do my best to support you and help resolve the issue. However, I can’t be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping provider. If you choose the tracking option, I have access to your tracking info and can contact the shipping provider’s customer service to help sort out any problems. You’re responsible for all shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged or there was a mistake on our part.
Undeliverable Packages
If your order can’t be delivered because of things like an incomplete address, refusal to accept it, or it wasn’t picked up in time (and you didn’t contact us to cancel the order), the shipping fee can’t be refunded, since it’s already been paid to the carrier.
Once the package comes back to So Quiet, I can either refund you for the items (excluding shipping) or we will send them again. Just let me know what you prefer.
