KEY SHIPPING INFO

All orders are shipped from Germany and delivered worldwide via courier or postal service, depending on the destination. All shipping is offered at a flat rate based on the delivery country.

If you're outside the EU, you may need to pay customs or import fees when your parcel arrives, depending on your country's regulations.

  • Starting August 29, 2025, new US customs rules may allow private shipping carriers (like UPS, FedEx, or DHL Express) to charge a 15% customs processing fee on international orders under $800, even if no duties or taxes are due.

    I ship all US orders via Deutsche Post, delivered through USPS — a public postal service, not a private carrier — so this fee likely won’t apply to your order.

    However, shipping rules can change quickly and without notice. Please keep this in mind when ordering, as I may not always be able to update you in time. I run this shop on my own and truly appreciate your understanding.

How Your Order is Shipped

For most destinations in the EU, the UK, Switzerland, and Germany, orders are shipped by a courier service, such as UPS, DHL, or DPD, directly to your door.

For all other countries, orders are sent via the national postal service.

What does “Tracked” mean?

Tracked Shipping:
Every order from the So Quiet shop includes tracking. That means no matter what you choose (prints, cards, zines, or a little mix of everything), you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey online.

Tracking gives peace of mind for both of us.

If there’s a delay or something doesn’t go as expected, I can contact the shipping provider to help resolve it. And if something does go seriously wrong (such as your parcel being lost or arriving damaged), I’ll do my best to arrange a replacement or offer a refund.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. For courier deliveries (like UPS, DHL, or DPD), you can track it on the courier’s website or at parcelsapp.com.

For postal deliveries, use your country’s national postal website.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:

Delivery within Germany usually takes 2–4 working days. For international orders, delivery within Europe typically takes 3–9 working days, and 9–15 working days for destinations outside Europe. However, international delivery to countries outside Europe may occasionally take up to one month, depending on the destination country and its customs procedures.

  • Asia Pacific: 2-3 weeks

  • Latin America and the Caribbean: 1-3 weeks

Shipping Responsibility

If there are any errors or delays during shipping, I’ll do my best to support you and help resolve the issue. However, I can’t be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping provider. You’re responsible for all shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged or there was a mistake on my part.

Undeliverable Packages

If your order can’t be delivered because of things like an incomplete address, refusal to accept it, or it wasn’t picked up in time (and you didn’t contact us to cancel the order), the shipping fee can’t be refunded.

Once the package comes back to So Quiet, I can either refund you for the items (excluding shipping) or we will send them again. Just let me know what you prefer.
