Order Minimum

There’s a €15 minimum for the items in your cart (before shipping is added). This helps cover the time and materials that go into preparing your order. Thank you for your kind understanding.

 

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days of your order.
Orders received during weekends and local holidays are processed on the first working day.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted. In the So Quiet shop, you can pay securely using the following methods:

All payments are charged in Euros and automatically converted to your local currency at the current exchange rate.

Behind the scenes, all transactions are processed through Stripe, a trusted international payment platform. You don’t need a Stripe account — simply choose your preferred card or wallet at checkout.

Note: PayPal is temporarily unavailable. I hope to have it back soon — thank you for your understanding.

 

Order editing / Cancellation

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation from Stripe or PayPal, as well as from our website. This also serves as your official order confirmation.

Please review your order details carefully and let me know if you spot any mistakes — I’ll do my best to fix them quickly.

To cancel or modify your order, please contact me at hello@so-quiet.com. I’ll try to help, but unfortunately, I cannot cancel or modify orders after they’ve been shipped.
