Order Minimum

There’s a €15 minimum for the items in your cart (before shipping is added). This helps cover the time and materials that go into preparing your order. Thank you for your kind understanding.

 

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days of your order.
Orders received during weekends and local holidays are processed on the first working day.

Payment Options

All major credit and debit cards are accepted. In the So Quiet shop, you can pay securely using the following methods:

Credit & Debit Cards:

Digital Wallets:

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Link by Stripe

PayPal:

  • Pay using your bank card or PayPal account, if you have one.

  • When you choose PayPal at checkout, you’ll be redirected to their site to complete your purchase and then returned to So Quiet.

All payments are charged in Euros and automatically converted to your local currency at the current exchange rate.

Behind the scenes, all transactions are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal, both trusted international payment platforms. Stripe allows direct payment with your credit or debit card without needing to create an account, while PayPal offers the flexibility of paying with a card or your PayPal balance.

 

Order editing / Cancellation

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation from Stripe or PayPal, as well as from our website. This also serves as your official order confirmation.

Please review your order details carefully and let me know if you spot any mistakes — I’ll do my best to fix them quickly.

To cancel or modify your order, please contact me at hello@so-quiet.com. I’ll try to help, but unfortunately, I cannot cancel or modify orders after they’ve been shipped.
